Workshops and Floristry Classes
Workshop cancellations are non-refundable since all materials will be reserved for your booking If you provide sufficient notice, you may transfer your booking to another available date, or we kindly ask that you arrange for someone else to attend in your place. Please note that minimum number of participants is required for each session to proceed. Thus, we reserve the right to cancel the session and either issue a full refund or offer an alternative date due to this requirement or any circumstances.
eGift Vouchers
eGift cards can be used for workshops or classes of equal or greater value. They are valid for 24 months from the purchase date and can be redeemed online through NOTG service bookings. Please note that gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.
